The bathroom is tiny, especially around the toilet (depending on height, may have to sit at an angle). With it being a smaller space this home is PERFECT for guests who are looking to enjoy San DIEGO! We are in Little Italy, the voted on most desirable neighborhood in San Diego! The home is small, but one would book this home based on the LOCATION one block off India St in Little Italy which has the best food scene in San Diego.

Please do not use any of the supplies in the laundry room or the laundry during the hours on 10am - 4pm. Our cleaner will need full access to these items during turnover hours.
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
San Diego’s weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!
Potential for noise as we are very near the Airport.
HOUSE RULES
Quiet Hours are 11 pm
Laundry will be off-limits to guests between 10am - 4pm (our cleaner needs to use the machines) $25 fine
Must be 21+ to book
$500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

Our concierge team is available from 8am–6pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am–10pm Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.

I had a wonderful stay with friends at the GOATHOTE apartment! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location in close proximity to the airport, downtown, and beach areas. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very accommodating to our last minute request to get away. The property was clean and presentable when we arrived—an extra plus! The beds were VERY comfortable so kudos to them! A few downsides, the location is on a steep hill and parking was very tricky—make sure you have a working parking break. Airplanes landed nightly until about 11pm and departures were starting at 6:30am. The neighbors were quiet but had brightly lit up their homes. Bring your own sound machine and some blackout curtains to help with sleeping.

Didn’t realize how small the place was. Pictures didn’t accurately reflect what the unit was. You can’t sit on the toilet because there is no room for your knees. The bathtub is literally right there.The place is old and repair attempts have been on the cost saving side. Parking is also very difficult. Unit is on a steep hill and finding a parking place out side was never available.The place was clean, appropriately equipped.
