Less than 15 miles south of Walt Disney World Resort, this two-level, five-bedroom Kissimmee house is the ideal place to experience a fun-filled theme park adventure with the family! The kids will love the two upstairs Disney-themed rooms, and you'll have three more luxurious rooms to enjoy, two of them with en-suite baths. The lower-level living space is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive decors, and tile and carpeted floors. The entertainment area features a large flatscreen TV surrounded by ample seating, ideal for movie nights with friends and family. Check-in process was great. Being in a gated community was very important. The inside of the home needs to be painted, some areas are chipping. The home was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The pool was great and very clean, pool company comes on Wednesday. The front garden needs TLC and the palm trees need to be trimmed. The family room sofa not all sections were working regarding reclining. The tv in the second upstairs master would not hook up to spectrum. The princess room the tv would not hook up to the wifi and was not working. The management company if responsible or owner of the property needs to definitely invest in painting the interior and get a gardener for the front. Overall the experience with the home was a good one.

The home is spacious and was very clean. The pool was wonderful. The gated community was very important to us. The gate staff were wonderful. The management guest service staff were fabulous.

Pros:
- [ ] Pool was very nice once it was working
- [ ] Big rooms with great layout
- [ ] Everything was clean
- [ ] Beds were comfy
Cons:
- [ ] House is very outdated and needs some TLC (screws were falling out of chairs, bathroom doors, pool handles). Marks on walls, carpet issues.
- [ ] Towels are small and thin
- [ ] You’re only given the very basics for soap, shampoo, TP. Nothing like S&P, etc. no extra blankets to use within the house. Pots and pans are warped and don’t sit well on the stove.
- [ ] Had major issues with the internet when we got there. Asked for help, someone came by the next morning, and a ticket was not put into the provider until later in the following evening after we escalated. They ended up needing a new router, but what is interesting is the person who came by before said it had been having issues. Not sure why nobody looked into it previously.
- [ ] We paid for pool heat, but there was a malfunction on the heater. This happens and is nobody’s fault, however, communication about what was going on could have been better. They also put in to only reimburse us for 3 of the 6 days we didn’t have pool heat. I could have fought this but got sick of calling
Local support team was good, but when you work with Vacasa, you start with a central call center that doesn’t seem to know what is going on.
