Beautifully renovated with gorgeous views of the ski slopes, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom residence is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort, just steps from the Centennial and Strawberry Park Lifts. Situated on the third floor of the luxurious Beaver Creek Lodge, the thoughtfully designed one-level floor plan with a wood-burning fireplace also has a private patio with a hot tub and outdoor grill. The amenity rich building offers concierge and front desk services, valet, year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center with sauna and steam room, shopping and onsite restaurant with room service. This immaculately cared for residence includes one parking space and ski lockers in the garage.

We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including:
• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks
• Employees will stay home if sick.
• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.
• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards killing viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.
• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.
• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.
• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

This is our fourth time visiting Beaver Creek and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. The view from the hot tub is stunning. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out when needed and be together when needed. We had everything we needed and the parking was even easy. The ability to communicate with the host via text was very helpful.

The rental was smooth, the location was great. The worn hot tub was broken and management offered a paltry credit to offset, did not respond to my email inquiry
