Perfect vacation home for a family of 5! This 2 story, 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is just steps from Pleasant Beach. This home boasts partial ocean views from the kitchen and master bedroom. Home has been recently updated with all new appliances and beds. With newly installed heat pump and central AC, this cottage is the perfect beach getaway for any season. Living area, kitchen, and bathroom located on the first floor. Both bedrooms located on the second floor.

Loved the location of this cottage, cozy and comfortable inside, and the ac in every room was a plus. The ac wasn't needed downstairs though as the breezes coming off the water were fantastic. The house had most things we needed, just a note to bring your own beach towels (plenty of bath towels were provided) and be prepared to use bottled water. We're used to staying at rentals along the coast of Maine, so we knew the water quality isn't the best and that we need to bring in bottled water, as it was pretty cloudy while we were there. We loved the short stroll down to the little rocky beach, and the quiet neighborhood and surroundings were so peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Check in went smoothly. The property exceeded expectations! The home was well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals for our large family. Top quality furnishings. Comfortable beds. The hosts responded quickly to messages. The large living room, dining room, and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings
