I can’t say enough about the condo. It’s owners have impeccable taste. It was exactly what I wanted for my senior parents that spent their days sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. What made it even better was the top service we received from PRPV.com. Our host Javier Castenada provided an easy check in and took care of all our needs including the groceries! His truly caring attitude and offers of service and hospitality made our stay in this amazing condo even more enjoyable. I will rent from this condo again as long Javier is there to add to our experience.

Ocean front paradise ! We were reluctant at first to rent this condo as they were no reviews yet … we can be picky … but we ended up relying on the reviews from another known site and also on the reviews on this site for Molino 601 (the condo one floor down). We made the right choice: absolutely spectacular ocean views from the huge living room and all 3 bedrooms ! This freshly refurnished condo by the new owner is HUGE, it is as gorgeous (amazing pieces of art, furnitures, Mexican beachy decoration details, …) as comfortable (kitchen cocktail bar! Super comfy beds/pillows, imported kitchen equipments). Extremely well located in Zona Romantica but super quiet. We highly recommend this condo.
