Barbecue on the dock, and enjoy fishing Snook, Redfish, Jackfish, Catfish - in the salt water canal Play corn hole in the separate fenced-in large yard off the side of the home. Only Minutes by boat to open waters. Close to downtown Cape Coral restaurants, stores and entertainment. Near Cape Coral Yacht club. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are 30 to 40 minutes away by car.

This house was a great place for our family with adult adjacent children. :) Plenty of time by the pool all day long. We were there in December and the water was warm enough for some to swim as long as it was in the middle of the day. The only negative thing we experienced was the overwhelming number of plug-ins in the house. We don’t use anything like that at home so we promptly unplugged them all. The smell dissipated by the second day but beware if you have sensitivity issues. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Big pool and awesome amenities. Last time we came we drove so we would have what we needed. This time we flew but thanks to the property owners we didn’t go without a thing. Beach gear, fishing pools, pool toys, the list goes on and on. Great place! Highly recommend!!

All in all a wonderful place. However, what draws down the rating was a fridge not being cold (in need of repair), bedroom was damaged by mold (a lot of smell).
