About this apartment rental
Relax and enjoy this freshly painted, newly furnished and spacious ground floor 1500+ sq. ft. end unit condo with serene water views. With no stairs, you can walk right in to this 3 bedrooms (King, King, 2 Twin XLs), and 2 bathrooms open floor oasis located in the desired West Lake Gardens of St. Andrews Park in Plantatio Golf and Country Club community. Close to beautiful beaches and historic downtown Venice.
BEDROOMS
Enjoy water views from both the master bedroom and living areas. The master bedroom is furnished with a brand new beautyrest mattress, television, walk in closet and private bathroom with a shower and double vanity.
The 2 additional rooms are located on the opposite side of the condo. The second king bedroom features the same brand new beutyrest mattress as the master along with a tv to stream your favorite shows. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin extra long beutyrest beds and a gorgeous build in desk and work station equipped with a printer.
LIVING AREA/KITCHEN
The kitchen is opened to the dinning room and has a cozy breakfast nook. The living room has a coastal theme and opens to the Florida Room with sliding glass doors on both sides to enjoy the incredible views. There is also a wrap around patio over looking the lake.

There is a detached 1 car garage with enough space in front for 1 additional vehicle.

We spent three months at the property. While the weather may not have been perfect every day, the condo certainly was.
The property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The complex is very well kept and the other residents were friendly. The areas adjacent to the complex are walkable and bike friendly.
We did not have any major issues. A couple of small problems were quickly resolved by Julie’s dad. Any time that we had a question, Julie responded immediately.
We would definitely return to the property.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is clean and comfortable. Julie, the hostess, is very responsive to any concern. She even had her Dad run over almost immediately when we had a concern. Very kind and helpful people. Three pools are an easy walk. They are small pools but it was just fine because we went to the beach mostly. The community is great. Neighbors are welcoming and kind. We felt very comfortable. There weren’t any rocks glasses so my husband bought 4 to leave at the condo. Julie offered to reimburse us, which was very kind, but not necessary.
The condo is well maintained and well located. Julie is a great host!
