Watch dolphins from the beach or balcony. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds king and queen, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, All the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. My family, and I had a great week staying at this condo. The location to the beach as well as local shops was perfect. I would highly recommend this property especially for a family of five with children. This property looked just as the pictures provided, and I was not disappointed with the view from the balcony either!

Overall, the condo is very well equipped and just like the pictures. Perfect location and beach view. We loved the furniture out on the balcony where we spent a lot of time. The only thing that we were disappointed about was there is no grill on the property and the details say there is. We had a small plumbing issue that the owners took care of right away.

The beach view from the 17th floor was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you need, but I prefer a Kuerig coffee maker to the drip. Everything was clean and as advertised. The security is high at this building, which is good, but there are multiple door codes and keys to remember and keep up with. The whole area seemed completely safe to me. All of the beach equipment we needed was provided, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
