About this villa rental
Hilton Head Island is both a golfer's paradise and a beach goer's dream in an eco-friendly environment. Whether it's Islander's and Folly Field Beach, the championship-grade golf courses, the Wildlife Preserves, the outlet shopping, the miles of bike paths for bikers or joggers, lagoons for fishing and wildlife viewing or just the beautiful weather it's a memorable vacation spot to enjoy with friends and family.
Our renovated villa 14A is located in a tranquil setting of pines, oaks and tropical palms named "The Links" in Port Royal Village. The villa overlooks the seventh fairway of the Barony Golf Course. It offers a private community pool(April-October) and is also convenient to the Oceanfront Westin Hotel.
Our villa is one level with an open floor plan with a clean, relaxing and welcoming decor. Some of our updates includes new wood-vinyl flooring, new furnishings and freshly painted throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Full size washer & dryer. Large dining room table. Two master suites with newly purchase king-size bed (same mattresses used in Marriott Hotels) each with private bath. One bedroom with twin beds and private bath plus an inflatable "Dream Series" Queen size bed to accommodate additional guests. The screened in porch is ideal for the morning coffee or simply relax, read a good book or watch the golfers hit from the seventh tee.
We use a keyless entry system so you will not have to go to a management company to pick up or drop-off keys.
Our rates include: All linens, departure cleaning, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids.
As an extra amenity for our guests, we offer a four person golf cart. The golf cart doesn't have a beach parking pass so regular meter parking is necessary. The golf cart is not a guaranteed part of the rental, no refunds or cancellations if not available.
Our carport can park two vehicles.
We are flexible regarding arrival date and number of nights during the low season. Feel free to inquiry.

You know you have found a great home when you’re ready to book it for next year within 15 minutes of arriving! This condo is wonderful, super clean, very well laid out, and perfect for a family looking to enjoy a quiet week at the beach. They have everything you need, golf cart w/ parking pass (game changer btw), beach chairs/beach stuff, kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking. Space is updated and modern, honestly could not have asked for anything better. Nestled on a golf course, you can enjoy coffee watching folks play from the cozy screened in porch, or read a book while it’s raining. We have a toddler and it was laid out well for him, (they have a high chair and pack n play available) Great area of the island, I could go on and on. Thank you all for being doing the rental thing so well, truly was a pleasure and a much needed getaway for our family. Book this place and enjoy beautiful HHI!

This property was perfect for our family trip. Even though we were not located on the beach, it was a half-mile walk and if we didn’t want to walk, we just hopped on the golf cart that was included in the rental. The city beach park was only a 5 minute golf cart ride away and the golf cart had a parking pass which saved us a nice chunk of money. This was our second time staying at this property and again we’re not disappointed. I’m sure we will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful unit with very thoughtful hosts! They left bottled water, salsa and chips as a welcome. Although we always bring beach chairs , an umbrella and towels they also provided them as well as stocking the bathroom and kitchen with necessities. Would definitely return!
