This custom-built home off the golf course has beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and calm with neutral peaceful tones throughout.
The home has four spacious bedrooms, two living rooms with tv's in each to enjoy all of your streaming delights with professional-grade wifi, a kitchenette, and a formal dining room.
Enjoy a cooking oasis with two ovens, a large prep island, wine fridge, and coffee bar. Bring the outside in with a brand new double-sided grill. With the addition of multiple Breville appliances to let your culinary skills shine; cold press juicer, waffle maker, air fryer oven, food processor and a Kitchenaid stand mixer. Plus a stocked kitchen.
On the property enjoy an expansive yard with big yard games like jumbo Jenga, large outdoor Connect four, ladder toss, and croquet. An outdoor grill and fire table allow for the best outdoor living. The property was very nice in a nice neighborhood. We were there for a golf tournament at Moses Lake Golf Club. There were 6 of us adults and plenty of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was not clean, and we didn't get our welcome information until 10:00 the night we before check out. We were there for a busy weekend, so were grateful for a quiet, cool place to relax.

It is a beautifully updated home with spacious open floor plan, all amenities generously provided, especially nice linens, and beds are wonderful. A beautifully stocked large kitchen provides anything needed to prepare meals! The back yard is flat, and large with beautiful privacy ! A clean BBQ provided. The hot tub is nice, and seemed clean, but we unfortunately contracted skin infection called 'hot tub folliculitis', a painful development of multiple skin bumps . Make sure they have it cleaned and balanced chemicals. The owner was very responsive, and did say they clean it before and after each guest, Otherwise the place was perfect !

We did not have check-in procedures until the morning of our stay, had to call customer service to get. It was strange that the downstair windows had not window covering and the windows upstairs did not have anyway to keep the light out. Overall the house is setup well for large groups.
