We could not believe how amazing the place was! It was huge! Had our own private patio with a hot tub. You check in at the front desk just like you booked straight with the hotel. The service at the hotel is unbelievable. Also coordinating with the property manager was prompt and responsive

The only complaint I have is that it mentioned we had a Butler. We never once seen or met our Butler. She called us on our second day and said she was going to come by our room to meet us, and never showed up. Also, it was nice to have COVID testing on site, however we had to pay for it.
