The Wyndham Palm Aire is a tropical golf and spa treasure. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is located about 10 minutes outside the city of Fort Lauderdale. The Wyndham Palm Aire is a gated community with security on staff 24/7. The resort amenities are 4 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor children's pool, tennis courts, 3 golf courses, 2 outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, day spa and salon, playground, miniature golf, and basketball court.
The Wyndham Palm Aire resort front desk requires a security deposit of $250.00 upon check in. The security deposit is refunded at check out. Also, the resort has a $20.00 daily fee for parking.
The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation will be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo needs to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

Property was nice and clean, it is a handicap condo, not a big deal though. Big patio, nice bed, would stay again for sure. Owner was easily available to answer questions.

Nice property with fitness center, pools, tennis courts, etc. The first night we had a problem with a leaky toilet and foul smell. The property manager immediately moved us to a nice clean similar room with better view. Fast elevators, nice wide parking spaces, quiet spacious rooms and clean bathrooms and stocked kitchen (although we didn’t cook!). Would definitely stay here again. The communication was excellent with the owner and provided all the details we needed for a smooth and easy check in.
