Small but clean and adequate for a short vacation. The location was a bit hard as the GPS couldn't find it so we asked a local resident for directions. Overall I'd give it a 5 except the rentals in Branson seem to be going up and we use to get more for less $$.

The condo had everything we needed and was clean. The only negatives which were minimal are the pillows were super flat and the comforter was too small and kept sliding off the bed.

Pro-the room was very nice and spacious, in a great location
Cons-there was no information in the room to tell you what you were supposed to do upon check out.
This is a pet friendly rental and we love our furry friends but the rental could have been cleaner. There was dog hair on the couch cushions
*The biggest con here is that you do not have access to the same amenities as the rest of Falls Creek. You DO NOT have access to the pool/hot tub, etc. and you can’t even purchase access. I contacted Vacasa once we realized that and attempted to purchase an amenities pass. They said it wasn’t possible since the condo owner wasn’t grandfathered in. So basically your surrounded by all of these fun (and normally free if your renting from the falls) things to do…and you can’t use them….under any circumstance. I definitely would not recommend taking kids to this location bc they want the pool/hot tub, etc. and there is no way for you to access them. I would have rented elsewhere and paid a little more had I know you could not get access (even by purchasing a pass) to these amenities.
