My husband is in the hospital so I needed a place to stay for a week and this was a great spot just 6 minutes away from the hospital. It’s a quiet, older neighborhood. House was clean just a few dead plants around. I slept on the fold out couch in the living room which was fine - just need a lamp in there because there’s only the bright overhead light. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The rental wasn’t too bad. Really spotty work had been done to the property and definitely didn’t upgrade the items I would find important. The subfloor is in serious need of attention. Had installed new flooring throughout but with a subfloor that needs a lot of attention, the new flooring installed is cracking and busting. Great appliances in the property! Huge plus. I don’t think it’s the owners fault and don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad place to stay. I think they paid someone to fix up the place and got ripped off. The quality of work done here is not what I would expect or pay for. In their defense, I’m a GC and travel the country building Ruth’s Chris Steakhouses, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A’s, etc…..so my standards are probably higher than most and I see things that some people wouldn’t notice. Comes with the job. Eyes are trained to see flaws. Tried contacting property owner and received no response yet when my stay was almost over, they contacted me to see if I wanted to extend my stay. No dishwashing detergent or cleaning supplies but of course they want the property cleaned before checking out. No laundry detergent. Great washer and dryer though. Some areas feel as if you’re going to fall through the floor due to the subfloor not being addressed. Could be a really nice place with the proper attention given. I stay in dozens of rentals a year and first time I’ve criticized one. Truth is truth though.
