This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is the perfect retreat for your Maui getaway with beaches, dining, shopping, and golf all within minutes. It's just a block away from a favorite local surf spot, The Cove, and just moments away from the island's best beaches and parks, including Kamaole Beach I, II, and III, Charley Young Beach, and Kalama Park.
Enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco on the private lanai with seating for two. Leave the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to let in gentle ocean breezes. After a fun-filled day on Maui, relax in the living area and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen TV while keeping cool and comfortable with a ceiling fan and split AC.

Well appointed with kitchen, beach towels, tennis courts, etc.
Clean and very comfortable, great location. Ver convenient and close to beach. Within walking distance to wonderful food truck area, Foodland and shops.
Only criticism would be air conditioning was a bit noisy. Rattling every few minutes but not unbearable.
Overall highly recommend.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Unit 3201 was good for what we wanted. Although the bed was smallish, the bedroom wall mounted air conditioner was pointed right at my face so we had to put the dresser in front & the lanai furniture was too low to see over the railing but the arm chair was great. the bed, air conditioning & lanai furniture in 3504 was much better.The move from 3405 to 3201 was bad. you would think it would be simple to move down 2 floors with the door code given to you before you moved except the door code did not work & the next code given 15 minutes after we paid for early entry time only worked once, it took a hour and a half to get a code that would open the door. this delayed the move & keep the cleaning staff out of 3405. but all in all the maui vista is in a great location and we would probably return.
