Good appartment, convinient location

Spacious enough for 3 people. Kitchen well equiped, rooms big enough, bathroom also. Good heated, easily reachable from the road, 15 min to Sestriere ski lift. The owner was a very friendly and helpful lady but only spoke Italian. Everything was fine

Comfort could be better, we found it too much money for what it was. Not ideal for couples as you can hear the smallest noise from the rooms :)

A clean, warm, cosy and spacious apartment with hosts who really go the extra mile!

Our hosts Maria and Marco could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome, but were not in any way intrusive. The apartment is clean, lovely, cosy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a kettle and stove top coffee maker, ample pans and frying pans. The central heating worked very well and it was easy to dry our ski gear at the end of the day. It’s a peaceful, quiet apartment and we slept well there. The bed linen was cosy and the towels plentiful. There is a lovely bar opposite for breakfast coffees or for apres ski, with lovely salumi and a great selection of fruit juices and smoothies for the children, as well as wines and beers. It’s only a short drive to Sestriere or you can get the cable car from nearby Pragelato to join the main ski area. We didn’t do this as we had hired skis from Sestriere and we stored them overnight in the shop, which was right by the main Sestriere ski lift. The 10 minute drive to Sestrière every morning proved no problem at all and there was ample parking in Sestriere, even when it got busier at the weekend. Overall Casa Martin is a great choice for a family who want a more spacious apartment from which to enjoy a holiday in Pragelato and Sestriere.
