This property was a perfect stay for our party size, very spacious and up to date. The garage was big enough to fit my Toyota Sienna. The pool area was a good size with a private setting and a bbq grill. The location is in a nice quiet area with friendly neighbors. The beach is about 30 minutes away depending on which one and traffic. The cleaning person did a great job preparing for our stay and the host was very responsive to any concerns. The rates were very reasonable compared to other similar properties in the area. I wished we stayed longer. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

This was the best property, price, and location I could’ve found in the surrounding Clearwater area. The property was spotless, the space was perfect and the pool was an awesome treat. We were in town visiting family and the property was minutes away. For a family of 6, this property really checked all of our boxes. I have no complaints! What I will say though is that I wish the primary suite had a bigger bed. I have a toddler and although we loved the bunk beds, sleeping with us in a new place was a little difficult. With that being said, I will definitely try to rent this house the next time I come to visit.

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and with plenty of room. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine and some seasonings as well. The bed was very comfortable too. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall we enjoyed everything and would definitely come back next time!
