About this house rental
Originally built in 1949, this beach cottage has been totally renovated and updated in 2021. This bungalow features a completely separate bedroom ands has a full kitchen and dining living area. There is also an outdoor private patio area with a charcoal grill. Walk to the beach in seconds and the Siesta Village is only .4 miles from this cottage. Here there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The perfect place to stay and take advantage of everything Sarasota and Florida has to offer.

The sweet cottage is perfect for a couple getaway. We were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The cottage was clean, cozy and convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the beach and the village with no issues. The host were great to work with and very quick to respond. We will definitely return in the future.

It’s a perfect location, very clean, small, but exactly what we expected. We walked everywhere and the beach was stunning. The owners were so nice and very communicative. We will stay here again in the future.

Very nice cottage in a great location. We rented bikes and rarely used the car. Convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas were a nice plus. Would definitely stay again if we return to Siesta Key.
