About this house rental

Cozy, comfortable living with this attached studio/casita. This property features a private entrance, parking, queen bed, large sleeper sofa, 43” TV, WiFi, microwave, small fridge, dining table, nice shower/bath, and outside patio to lounge. 20 minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, 10 minutes to Old Town Albuquerque, 1 hour to Santa Fe. Lots of hiking and biking trails, shopping, casinos, and great New Mexican food.

This was small but cozy and exactly what I needed. The host communication was excellent. Super easy check-in and out. Would definitely stay here again. Probably every time I come out to Albuquerque I will first check for availability here.

It was a very nice space that met my needs for my time in ABQ. I met Steve during my stay and chitchatted with him for a bit. The location was good (everything was about 15-20 drive on average). I will definitely book again for future trips.

Great little studio. Steve was attentive, helpful, and friendly. I stayed for about two weeks and had a great time. I’m allergic to cats and was skeptical at first after reading about the cats but it was not an issue whatsoever. If I come back to ABQ anytime will make sure to check back in.
