About this cottage rental

Walk to downtown, Hyde Park, hit the mountain bike trails at Camel's Back or Military Reserve - all without needing to rent a car! Stylishly comfortable 1 bedroom cottage with full kitchen and laundry machines. There is a queen bed and a full size pull out couch bed. Newly renovated - with A/C-heat and nest thermostat. You can't beat this neighborhood! PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.

Tracy was a fantastic host. Our rental was for business purposes that involved a different professional utilizing the home each week. Tracy was responsive and helpful and the location was fantastic. Recommend!
