About this resort
This unit is available from Saturday 1/25/25 - Saturday 2/1/25. Check in is officially 4pm but if you arrive early and want to hit the slopes before your room is ready you can obtain a parking pass and they will contact you when the room is ready. Minimum stay of 4 nights with a cleaning fee attached; weekly discount for a full week's stay and no cleaning fee.
With approximately 900 square feet, one-bedroom Breckenridge residences feature a king bed in the master bedroom, a large soaking tub and large shower in the Jack and Jill style bathroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, flat-screen LCD TVs, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, balcony and a washer/dryer. All rooms are fully stocked with linens and towels, as well as soaps and shampoo/conditioner.
The residences at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 are inspired by the mountain environment that surrounds the resort. Well-thought-out architectural details that seem born of the surrounding landscape, spacious floor plans designed for comfortable mountain living and plush furnishings that bring a superior level of sophistication to the resort all create an atmosphere of a luxurious home away from home.

Each residence comes with underground, heated parking for one vehicle. A free shuttle service is provided by the resort to take you in and out of town. Ski lockers are available and Christy Sports is on-site for all your rental needs. Optional airport shuttle service is available for a fee and avoid the hassle of a rental and parking. You'll get a day pass for check out day so you can stay and hit the slopes and enjoy the resort amenities until 10pm that evening at no additional cost.
The town of Breckenridge has numerous restaurants for every price level and taste - grab a drink at the Gold Pan Saloon, the oldest, continually operational bar in the continental United States or dive in to high-quality Colorado steaks at the Briar Rose Chophouse. Every January, Breckenridge plays host to the International Snow Sculpture Championships and the five peaks of the Breckenridge Ski Resort sit right outside your doorway with ski-on/ski-off access to the base of Peak 8.
Each unit is assigned at the time of booking; pictures are indicative of a typical 1BR/2BA unit but may not have the exact layout pictured. All 1BR units come with a full kitchen, full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and fireplace. Once you've booked I will call the resort and transfer the nights into your name and provide them with the contact information you provide (email/phone number) and they will be in touch with all further information regarding your stay. The legal maximum occupancy is 4 but we have stayed with our four kids without any difficulty and plenty of space. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information!
