Beautiful Home with Redwood Garden

We had a great time staying at your place. Super functional and you were great to respond if we had questions or concerns. How is beautiful.

My sisters and I were in town for my daughter's wedding. We helped prepare food for the wedding using the kitchen. The house was so perfect for us! We loved sitting outside on the deck watching the birds and hummingbirds. The neighborhood was so quiet, so we were able to rest and relax.

Overall 2 out of 5. The reviews of #10’s and cleanliness as well as the pictures of the outdoors were part of what made us choose this property. In reality, it felt like a distant cousin said "sure you can stay at my house" but didn't do a true VRBO cleaning for paying guests. This home felt tired and not "fresh". Old and clean is fine, like vintage quality. The master bathroom louver door was filled with dirt and dust, as were the baseboards. The house NEEDS a deep clean. There was a used bar of soap in the hall bathroom and a used loofah scrubber left in the master shower. That means the showers were not cleaned well for paying VRBO guests. The headboard in the back bedroom came apart, so one woman had to sleep farther down so she would not be hit in the head with the headboard. The room felt dirty to her. The sheets “looked” clean. There was no ice, ice maker or ice cube trays to make ice. When I asked for ice, the owner said just go to a liquor store a few blocks away. We didn’t have a car. Things were not up to the excellent reviews that are on VRBO. The carpet in the living room was dirty and covered up by a couple of thin area rugs that had buckled edges and were a safety concern. There were three adult women staying at the house, so we did not use one of the bedrooms. We made sure to be respectful of the property while we were staying there. It was disappointing and we would not recommend or stay there again.

This property was exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. The park down the block was an unexpected bonus! Oksana was responsive to all our needs. Thanks for a lovely stay -- will definitely reach out again for our next trip to Sacramento!

We were in town for a wedding and the house was great and location was perfect and felt safe. We would stay there again.

We gathered for a memorial and the location was centrally located for the services. Our favorite part of the house was the deck off the dining room. It's very comfortable with cushioned couches adorned with gigantic cedar or redwood trees. Not sure. Beautiful.

Very nice house in a good neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen with modern Samsung appliances. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Great dining room table and chairs. The hall bathroom was actually better than the ensuite bath, which is smaller. Best of all, the grounds are terrific. Lots of places to sit outdoors among the redwoods. Too chilly for us to eat outside, but we'd have done so in warmer weather. The only issue was the kitchen fridge wasn’t functioning properly. The owner was aware of this and suggested that we use the garage fridge if necessary. Otherwise, everything else was at or above expectations.

Comfortable and spacious for our family

Our stay at Oksana's was very enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped so that we had everything we needed. We especiallly enjoyed the lovely backyard with the beautiful redwoods. I highly recommend.

We came to Sacramento to visit relatives for the weekend. We didn’t spend much time at the home. But the house was as described. Clean and well stocked. Easy instructions for checking in and out. We would stay there again.

My family and I traveled to Sacramento for a short trip and decided to book this rental pretty last minute. The home exceeded our expectations! There is a lot of space inside and we each got to have our own bedroom. The backyard is an absolute gem - it’s spacious and peaceful, which is exactly what we needed during this trip! The home is located in a cute, quiet neighborhood and was very easy to find. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and wished we’d had more time! The host was also very responsive to all questions and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I united for a gathering and were pleased to stay at this lovely home. It was clean, well-equipped and has a great outdoor area, including a hammock! The three bedrooms, plus the office, offered lots of room. We enjoyed the patio by the dining area, but didn't even have a chance to use the large patio down the steps. It was an ideal location for us, as my daughter lives 10 minutes away, and we were close to grocery stores and not far from restaurants. We definitely recommend it.

Great location. Close to a fun park in a friendly, safe neighborhood. Fenced back yard that was perfect for the Frenchie. Beautiful property. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated home. Well stocked with linens and towels. Had bathroom supplies and niceties. The kitchen had anything you'd need along with coffee, spices, and more!

Perfect location for our family. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with and home was well supplied. Yard was amazing!

We needed a place to stay while we were in town to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. There were 6 of us and the house was just perfect. Great location, great layout, and wonderful outdoor seating areas among the redwood trees. The communication with Oksana was seemless, and the house was very well appointed. We will definitely be back.

It was all about the outdoors for my group of friends. We spent our time in the comfortable seating area under the redwoods. We loved it! There was one report of an excessively soft bed, but otherwise the home is comfortably furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything needed.

Loved this house, the outside deck, trees and landscaping were fantastic. We were in town for our son basketball tournament, staying here was SO much better than staying at a hotel.

Colleagues from all over the country met here in Sacramento and stayed at this lovely home. The outdoor space is beautiful and was a fantastic backdrop for work, food and conversation. Unfortunately, it rained during part of our stay, but the comfortable indoor space met all our needs for the weekend. The host was tremendously, responsive, and helpful. I would stay here again
