Enjoy this newly renovated Lakefront home with breath taking view from the main living area and kitchen along w/ outdoor deck to enjoy your morning sunrise to evening sunset with love ones. We use only high-quality beds for good night rest w/ King and Queen beds. Your retreat start here. 2,250 square feet with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The mail level has majority of the living spaces such as living room, kitchen, dining and 2 guest bedrooms with 1 share full bathroom. The downstairs offers master bedroom w/ attached bathroom, 1 guest bedroom and enclosed porch with direct access to outside deck with lake view.
Master Bedroom (Downstairs):
King size bed with attached bathroom, double sink w shower. The bed is a memory foam gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. The master bedroom is furnished with tufted bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, 1 dresser, 1 soft seating, artworks, and Smart TV’s with remote control. This bedroom has closet and viewing window (facing the lake).
Guest Bedroom 2 (Main Level):

Open concept and trendy kitchen with eat-in counter. Fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Oven, Range, Cooking ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Wine glasses, baking ware and cutting boards. Kitchen is facing the lake and offers view to the lake.
Upper deck (Right side):
Open deck with soft seating and umbrella (access from downstairs or parking stairs)
Upper Deck (Left Side):
Open deck for additional outdoor area (access from downstairs or parking area)
Enclosed Porch (Downstairs):
Enclosed porch with seating (facing the lake)
Garage: NO Garage – Covered parking
Internet: Free Wi-fi (High speed Comcast internet)
You will have full access to our house, deck, backyard and lake.
We will not be on-site, but available via AirBnB message (first), then Text (second) and Phone calls (reserved for emergency). We preferred the AirBnB Message platform due to visibility to host and co-host at the same time.
Lake community with narrow street. Absolutely no street parking and fully enforceable by HOA.
No public transportation nearby. Must use our own vehicles to get around or share ride platform such as Uber, Lyft...etc.
* We do not provide access to common ground such as club house, beach area, swimming pool, play area due to restricted HOA access to permanent residents only
* We do not advise to swim in the lake due to unknown factors of the water, wild life...etc. Swim at your own risk and DO NOT GO PAST 12 FEET AWAY FROM DOCK.

My boyfriend and I got engaged in a park nearby and this location was the perfect place to relax with family. Its view is beautiful and picturesque. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with common seasonings which was a bonus. Host was very punctual/organized and had additional information posted inside the home. We will surely be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We loved waking up early and enjoying our coffee on the dock looking out on the lake. We loved having the kayaks available and using them out on the lake. Kitchen felt well stocked and the home was clean.

I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding our stay at your property. Overall, the home is nice and in a great location, but we did notice several areas that could benefit from a deep cleaning and some maintenance to enhance the guest experience.Here are a few key concerns we came across:Cleanliness:The main bathroom shower light has a visible buildup of dirt.The area rug in the living space is very dirty and stained, and the furniture (sofa, dining room table) also has noticeable stains that could use cleaning.The floors throughout the home have not been properly cleaned, especially in the bedroom closest to the front door. The floor in that room needs to be swept and mopped.The main level bathroom has a significant amount of dust on the door ledge, which has accumulated to the point that it is visible on the wall.A throw pillow in the bedroom near the front door is visibly dirty.Outdoor Space:The patio/deck furniture is not useable due to exposure to the elements. It would help if the furniture were covered when not in use.The covered area has not been cleaned in a long time, with noticeable debris and animal droppings, making it difficult to fully enjoy the beautiful lake view.The red patio furniture has been damaged from exposure and is not in a usable condition.Additional Suggestions:An air fryer would be a great addition to the kitchen for convenience.The basement area was very cold, and having a way to heat it would improve comfort for g
