Great Location on pond 1 minute from beautiful beach

What a gem! A beautiful , peaceful, comfortable surroundings! Great for cooking and chilling! A short walk to an incredible beach! Beautiful bird-watching and nature on the pond! Views everywhere ! Host was great!

A great view of the pond. We saw grebes, a cormorant and an egret. Very quiet spot.

My Family and I were in Boston for Spring Break and staying at this lovely home made our experience so much better than being in a simple Hotel room. This home has a TON of charm. Lots of fun things to do like Darts, Table Ping Pong and lots of great books to read! The home is a bit dated but there in lies it’s charm. The manager Karen was an EXCELLENT host and messaged me right away.If you’re staying near Boston, this home in Hull Massachusetts is a MUST!

I thought the property was very dated,a lot of clutter for my liking, the host Karen was very friendly and gave us lots of info for what was going on in the hull the week wee were there, one of the rooms was not as advertised,it was advertised as a double room with queen bed and a sofa bed,it wasn't! The house has the potential to be absolute cracker of a house to stay if only it was given a makeover and all the clutter removed.
