Our magnificent million dollar view in this 3 bedroom and 3 bath newly renovated Condo provides one of the nicest views of the Gulf in Florida! Pier Serenity offers a 13th floor view of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier right below the balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!
The Summerwind Inn East Resort is right on the beach!
This property includes luxurious mattresses, linens, towels and heated towel racks to provide the pampering you desire..
Parking available outdoors in the main parking area. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER CONDO.
Your Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing retreat ! This room sleeps 2. Enjoy waterfront views, breathtaking sky views, and the entertainment of a new 60” LED TV from the comfort of a new king size mattress.
Your 2nd bedroom has one new (1) king size bed. Enjoy the new large screen LED TV in this room. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom also includes a private, full bathroom.
Your 3rd bedroom has two (1) queen size bed: Enjoy the new large screen LED TV in this room. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom includes direct access to the bathroom.
There is also a new sleeper sofa which will sleep two (2) comfortably.
The wrap-around balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. You will feel like you are on Cloud Thirteen. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf or the new 65` LED TV. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.
Beach chairs in the unit provided for your enjoyment.
Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.
Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.
**This complex does utilize outside security cameras.
Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef`s on the island to enjoy. Sea doo and pontoon boat rentals are also available in the area.
Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
No boats or water craft of any type allowed.

Pier Serenity was beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need for a beach stay including beach chairs and wagon. Definitely recommend and will stay again!!! Beach View was amazing

Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We made dinner and breakfast in and were able to prepare our meals with first class amenities.

This property was the nicest we’ve stayed in at Navarre Beach, and we’ve had some nice places. The decor and cleanliness and furnishings were top notch. There’s larger TVs now than the pictures show, which was great for March Madness week. The property management’s communications were timely which made the stay smooth and problem free. Will definitely look for this property again!

Beautiful condo and even more beautiful view. You can stay out on the deck and enjoy the band if you want! Watched the dolphins with our morning coffee. Beautiful sight. All was comfy and enjoyable. Superb location:)
