Relax on the patio lounge area where you can relax and soak in the ever-changing views. With a main level ensuite bedroom and 2 more guest rooms on the lower level, you'll have plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom feels like a luxury hotel suite. You'll wake up with breathtaking views each morning.

And there's plenty of outdoor dining and relaxing on two separate large outdoor balconies where you can sit and lounge, have your morning coffee or your evening cocktails while enjoying the magnificent view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: This home and property are very dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Early check-in and/or Late check-out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
