This apartment has an amazing location, literally next to Holliday Park and one quick mile to both Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and Cheyenne Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Once you’re settled in you’ll enjoy two comfortable bedrooms, cozy living room, stocked kitchen, and beautifully custom tiled bathroom. Additionally, there are coin-op laundry facilities available in the common laundry space. This is a great apartment for families or groups. This apartment is garden level (down 5 steps) and you will have your own entrance adding to your privacy.

The apartment was clean. The "twin" bed is a trundle bed, so if you are putting an adult on it as we were, it was a little tough. The location is nice and is right across the street from a big park. One suggestion for the owner, with 4 females staying here, you might want to buy a body mirror to put in a bedroom as the only mirror was in the bathroom. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions and was very nice.
