This home was fully remodeled in 2021 with modern finishes, stylish furnishings, and an open-concept layout that maximizes comfort and flow.

Master Suite: King-sized bed, private bathroom with brand-new tiled shower and soaking tub, and serene views of Four Peaks.
Secondary Bedrooms: Three additional bedrooms with comfortable beds and tasteful decor, accommodating family or friends with ease.

Open floorplan living area with ample seating for everyone to gather, perfect for movie nights or casual conversation.
Indoor dining area seats the entire group for shared meals.
Backyard includes a large covered patio with an outdoor couch and TV for lounging and entertainment.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.
This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.
“The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith”.
You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.”

The neighborhood was great and only about 20 minutes from most larger cities like Mesa and Scottsdale. The cul-de-sac was super quiet and clean, which was nice. Fountain Park was a 5 minute drive. The house was decent, but the view was spectacular. A few things that were unfortunate, but not unbearable....It did have an unpleasant smell when we arrived. We had to open all the doors for quite some time to air it out. The patio furniture was pretty dirty and the lounge chairs were ripped. The kitchen was decently equipped, but not a culinary dream. Knives were dull, pan selection was poor. The second night we were there the smoke detectors started chirping. No one from the management company answered my text, so my husband had to find an old battery in the entryway closet, pull the ladder out of the garage, and change the battery. The following morning a couple more smoke alarms started chirping. I messaged the management company once again. Instead of peak customer service, they asked if I'd like them to drop batteries off. I had to specify that I wanted them to handle the smoke alarms. Fast forward to the guy changing the batteries in the alarms and another tech from an HVAC company shows up to service the AC (I guess this appt. was made sometime prior to us arriving). Needless to say, the start of our vacation was frustrating due to the issues at the rental. Additionally, the pool needed a good cleaning. There was quite a bit of small debris floating around in it.
