About this villa rental
This 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom villa is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 6000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- The building has 4 floors, with an elevator: the first floor has 2 bedrooms, the second floor also has 2 bedrooms, and the third and fourth (top) floors constitute a 3-bedroom penthouse. Each floor has a private entrance for added privacy.

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
