This 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 7000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Large private villa with sea views, on 3 floors: the ground floor has kitchen/dining room, laundry room, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms; the second floor has a large terrace, living and dining room, bathroom and another kitchen; the third floor has 4 bedrooms with balcony and sea views, and 3 bathrooms.
- Just 5 minutes' drive to the Puerto Plata airport, and 10 minutes' drive to Sosua beach
- Fully furnished and equipped

- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings.
