About this house rental
The house is 3,400 square feet waterfront home . Enjoy the serene views from the upper deck, or lower patio. Tucked away on a very quiet part of the lake. Our lakefront home has direct water access with a large dock for guest use. The dock has a single 28’ covered slip available and plenty of space on sides for additional boat tie up.
The home is in one of the most convenient locations for access to I-75. Only 5-7 minutes from the 134 I-75TN exit.

Only 1.5 miles or 5 minutes to Twin Cove Marina by road and approximately 1500 feet on the water.

This spacious home sits on a beautiful property and has plenty of room for a large family with children! The kitchen was fully stocked and the large dining room table was great for game nights. The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with the kids. The dock is fantastic and nestled in a little cove, the adults floated comfortable while the kids played/swam. Beware of the stairs- doable for young families but would caution elderly or those with health issues. Overall my only concern was the cleanliness. From the surface it looked fine but the amount of dead (and some live) bugs along with cobwebs and just dirt on the baseboards and corners was a bit alarming. We actually used a swiffer in the downstairs bedrooms because of so many cobwebs and dust near the beds. The amount of dirt under the sofas downstairs was also concerning. I would say this is no fault of the owner perhaps, likely need to check with the cleaning company, but for the amount we paid for the home the cleanliness was subpar unfortunately. A good deep clean and I would have easily given our stay a 5/5. Thanks for allowing us in your rental.

Fantastic house in fantastic location in quiet cove right by Twin Cove marina. The stairs from the lake can be challenging for older people.
