About this house rental
The house is 3,400 square feet waterfront home . Enjoy the serene views from the upper deck, or lower patio. Tucked away on a very quiet part of the lake. Our lakefront home has direct water access with a large dock for guest use. The dock has a single 28’ covered slip available and plenty of space on sides for additional boat tie up.
The home is in one of the most convenient locations for access to I-75. Only 5-7 minutes from the 134 I-75TN exit.

Only 1.5 miles or 5 minutes to Twin Cove Marina by road and approximately 1500 feet on the water.

We absolutely loved the lake and created so many memories. The house was nice, however there were so so many bugs and spiders inside the house. We totally u hello thanks you too OK

Great Lake house! Spectacular view! Well equipped kitchen. Great location! Nice dock with kayaks and paddle boards. Twin cove marina was 5 minutes away. Good restaurant at the marina. Super market 15 minutes away. 217 stairs down to the dock was an adjustment, for those who had a hard time going back up we would just drop them off at marina from boat and drive over to pick them up. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
