Find hiking trails and the Shoji Spa just down the street, or venture 6.5 miles to downtown Asheville.
ELKHORN CABIN
A 2BR/2.5BA (plus loft) home that sleeps nine guests.
The three-story interior features beautiful oriental rugs and a staircase handcrafted from mountain laurel. Highlights include soaring vaulted ceilings and a private redwood sauna (with optional steam functions).
A unique and roomy layout provides flexible sleeping space, with the game room occupying the entire lower level and an open loft situated on the top floor.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.The property is not suited for late nights on the outdoor decks.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.The stove and fireplace are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.Free high-speed WiFi.Street parking is not available.The owner lives next door.All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Beautiful property. Lots of room for our group of 10 adults. Big kitchen, making preparing meals easy. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 10 adult males. Access into the lodge and cabin a bit tricky, especially after dark (GPS ends before arriving at the property). Need to improve access onto and off of side deck of Lodge.

We have stayed at many units and this was the best Clean, roomy and two separate buildings. They even provided firewood fir the firepit. Nice appliances.l, plenty of table space, loads of games. We will definitely seek to return.

We loved our stay at Elkhorn Cabin & Eagles Wing Lodge! We had a big group of friends and really enjoyed the location. The view is spectacular, which is hard to find so close to the town. We went to a lot of breweries nearby and also went tubing down the river. Lots of great restaurants in Asheville to try! Highly recommend this place!
It was a little difficult to find Ubers willing to come out to the house for pick up, but we fortunately got phone numbers from a few of our drivers along the way. So I would suggest doing that if you don't have your own transportation. Or maybe the Host could provide a few phone numbers for local drivers willing to come out to the house.

We had a great stay at the elkhorn lodge. There was plenty of room for our group, and the cabins were clean and up to date. They had everything we needed including towels, toiletries etc. The view was beautiful. We had an easy time getting to and from downtown Asheville and other areas. We would definitely stay again!
