Luxuriously Furnished and designer-decorated to a high standard, this resort home has a stone kitchen and all-tile floors except the
Luxury King Bed Suite (sleeps 2)

Twin Bedroom with 2 x twin beds (sleeps 2)
There is also a sleeper sofa / sofa bed that can be made up to sleep 2.
Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, all less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom.
A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining.
The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, heated lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando.
This condo is an ideal base for 2 couples or a family with children.
A couple's retreat in a premium space and the resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention Center whilst having the space and feel of a luxury resort home .
Being on the 4th floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice.

Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter-tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM
ID is required to access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' and Health Declaration, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.

Property was as described. Very nice condo close to grocery store, shopping and food. Pool was convenient and easy to access. I was a little reluctant to give original information that was requested and required at booking but ask about it and it worked out ok.

This property was great. Exactly where we wanted to stay and managed well. House was comfortable, beds were comfortable, decorated vacation-y which adds to the fun family experience. Starter supplies were great and had the basics for kitchen use.Would love to see more places to hang towels and hand towels but thats petty. As with every rental property it had its bangs and bruises but everything that we brought to their attention was positively received and addressed in an appropriate timeline. My only hesitation is the amount of personal and questionable information gathered after initial booking. It led to signing an additional agreement which I interpreted to cover the property should a party or damage occur. (We have stayed in many condos within this association and this is has consistently been the quietest area on property.) Not to deter, but to make you aware that additional information will be asked, we simply redacted anything personal and possible to be compromised.We highly recommend!

First let me say, the location of the property was perfect, the property ground was very clean, and check in was seamless. However, the property itself was just average, the master bed was very uncomfortable and the carpets need updating and or a good steam cleaning. they look very used and worn. The water pressure was in the shower was low, and one of the sinks had a slow drain. The washer machine was somewhat difficult to work. The dryer was blowing out lint when it was turned on to dry my clothes. I will not be staying at this property again.
