The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite countertops, ideal for preparing meals after a day on the mountain. The open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen create a spacious great room, perfect for gathering and socializing with family and friends. Unwind by the gas fireplace while taking in the spectacular views of the Vail Mountain ski area. Sun Vail offers exceptional amenities, including a large, year-round outdoor swimming pool, a redwood sauna, and outdoor hot tubs—ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or exploring. This condo is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for a comfortable, spacious home with convenient access to everything Vail has to offer.
During the month of September, all Sun Vail buildings will be undergoing exterior painting. Work will take place 7 days a week throughout the month.
Please be aware that there will be ladders, painting crews, and ongoing painting activity around the property. We kindly ask that you use caution when moving around the premises.

Tight if you’re filling all available beds. Recommend storing skis at mountain base so you don’t have to haul. Would appreciate having more than one garbage bag for the rental.

We loved everything about this condo for our ski vacation! The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family style meals and storing leftovers. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels were provided. Tremendous views of the mountain from the condo!!! I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the sun after a fun day of skiing! I highly recommend this property, but know that it is on the 3rd floor and the only way up is stairs! It’s a workout, especially coming from lover elevation, but totally doable and worth the effort!The furnishings and wall art in the condo are the icing on the cake, very nice!

The apartment was extremely clean and in a good location. Only 2 recommendations. First, and this as an easy fix, the apartment needs a bench outside the door to avoid taking dirty shoes in. Second, the water heater has a very small capacity. Owners should consider conversion to a tankless heater.
