Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

This condo was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sofa and chairs were beautiful and comfy. I loved the outdoor furniture. While the kitchen was beautiful and there are plenty of plates and bowls, there were no spoons to eat with, only serving spoons. The toaster does not work. There were only one thin potholder. It would not be easy to cook in the kitchen, which is a shame because it is beautiful.

We stayed at Palmilla Beach Resort for my husband’s birthday and we were a bit disappointed. The home was relatively clean and well put together except when it came to the pull-out couch. This condo was labelled as sleeping 6 people assuming the pull-out would be used. Therefore, it was extremely frustrating when there were no sheets, pillow cases, or clean blankets for the pull out. Our friends had to sleep on unclean pillows and then sheets taken from the other two beds the first night. Unreasonable conditions for this price point!! Additionally, the directions on where things were located on property and how things functioned could have been communicated in a much better way. For example, you are going to need a golf cart to go to the beach and you are going to need to reserve one otherwise you run a high risk of being unable to find one nearby. The lack of instructions and timelines of the ones we did receive was disappointing and frustrating.
