About this apartment rental
Direct Ocean Building, side unit with some water view and direct access to over 70 miles of unbroken beach. My former property manager said my properties are the cleanest, best furnished listings he ever managed. Very nearby, Port Canaveral hosts some of the world's largest cruise ships, navy submarines and a small boat marina. The Port is filled with seafood restaurants where they cook up the catch of the day while you enjoy live music as you watch the cruise ships come and go. The last time I checked the floating casino still offered free excursions from Port Canaveral.
WHEN WE DOWNSIZED from our larger primary residence we kept the furnishings we like best. You will not find typical "rental" furnishings here. We insist furniture be both comfortable, beautiful and most important, CLEAN. The leather sofa reclines to nearly flat at the touch of a button. If you've never sat in an Ekornes Stressless chair you won't know what you've been missing until you arrive. Perhaps most important, the bed. You'll find a real box spring under the thick pillow top mattress. On top of that we added a thick memory foam layer. It feels like you are sleeping on a cloud.
This condo has easy to clean luxury vinyl flooring in a light beachy color throughout. Just painted last fall, new stainless whirlpool appliances were installed January 2022. The kitchen shines with new quartz kitchen counter tops, Kraus faucet and large deep single bowl sink. New photos on the way. Contact owner directly at 808-443-4302 prior to booking.

The owner Joyce was a pleasure to work with and was easily accessible which made planning easy and stress free. You can truly tell that this condo really is a second home and you will find everything you need and more. The unit was exceptionally clean, easy to maintain and the decor was beautiful and welcoming. Cape Canaveral is a great place to vacation with much to offer, from restaurants to space launches and more, and of course the beautiful beach. You can't go wrong here and we look forward to possibly enjoying Joyce's "home away from home" again in the future.

Rented from Joyce for the summer and had a wonderful experience. The unit is well decorated, comfortable and most importantly, very clean! Felt very much at home and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Cape Canaveral area. Close to the Port and Jetty park - perfect for rocket launch viewings! Easy beach access and poolside amenities really made for a vacation paradise! Overall very pleased with my stay.

I have been renting units in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral for a number of years for a month or two in the winter. Joyce's unit is by far the best I have have stayed. The unit is well appointed and decorated. Great layout. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit has every thing you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is incredibly well stock with dishes, utensil, counter top appliances, including my favourite the Presto Pizzazz pizza maker. In a addition, the unit is located in a great complex with very friendly residents. Finally, Joyce is the consummate host, easily accessible, returns messages and queries promptly. In short, this unit and host will only enhance your stay in Cape Canaveral.
