House is super clean. Beds are comfortable. Ac works well. Backyard and pool are nice. TVs in every bedroom with Netflix!The home would be more enjoyable as a rental if all bedrooms had a night table lamp. We also appreciate nicer pans or scratched teflon replacements. Additional bath towels and wash clothes galore would be nice.The pool is salt water which is a luxury. It warmth is dependent on weather and solar heat. It’s stained at the bottom but the water is not dirty.The patio furniture is duty and a bit worn but it works.Neighborhood is nice, despite some areas of Glendale being rough.Dishwasher bottom rack missing wheels.While the owner was prompt and friendly to communicate. I would highly recommend taking pictures and immediately documenting and communicating. Any damage to the home.

The house neighborhood no issues. The house interior was acceptable. The big issue was the pool area. We didnt use the pool due to poor upkeep (dirt, water color and film on the bottom). Also the lawn furniture was in poor repair.We where in town from Minnesota in May hoping to use the pool and where disappointed.
