Situated on nearly 2 acres, overlooking Lake Travis, this resort-like property provides a luxury main house with an additional charming cottage for you and your guests, comfortably sleeping 16 people, or up to 22 (with available luxury AeroBed PillowTop mattresses), with a maximum of 120 gathering during the day.
Offering a beautiful view from the terrace that looks out upon the private refreshing heated pool and spa, this is all about lakeside elegance. Whether you are wanting a special place to gather for a holiday, celebrate a family reunion, birthday party, small to medium wedding, wedding shower, baby shower, church event, corporate off-site, graduation celebration, seeking a self-care trip, or just need a wonderful get-a-way, our Noble Lake House is a unique setting for such an occasion!
The Noble Lake House has a pleasing sense of openness, enabling you to feel connected to nature. From the moment you enter the property's main house, its expansive light-filled space displays soaring ceilings and lake views, inviting you to refresh your soul. With an ideal floor plan, every part of the house is on one main level with a living room, huge kitchen, 2 dining areas, a master bedroom, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (please see below regarding the cottage and its 2 bedrooms and bathroom that are included in the rental with the main house). Sleeping accommodations are a total of 6 bedrooms and 9 beds, or a total of 15 beds when including the 6 additional available inflatable mattresses. Both the lovely main house and the charming cottage are both included together when renting the Noble Lake House.
MAIN HOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES:
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, pots/pans, place settings, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, spices, condiments, and more. It is conveniently accessible from both the formal dining room that seats guests, and the other dining area with seating for guests. The kitchen bar also seats an additional people.
Adjacent to the kitchen and both dining areas is the beautifully furnished living room, which highlights the lake and pool views, providing enough space for large gatherings to never feel crowded, especially while using the flat screen TV or Bluetooth stereo system for entertainment.
Each of the main house bedrooms are staged for your comfort and are equally quite large, ready for you and your guests. When planning for sleeping arrangements, please note that the master bedroom has a king size bed, and all of the secondary bedrooms have queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a sleeper sofa, allowing a total of 4 queen beds. Therefore, a total of 9 people can sleep in the main house. The oversized master bathroom has a jetted tub, as well as, a large walk-in shower.
MAIN HOUSE OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AMENITIES:
Our estate grounds will be a delight to you and your guests from the covered and uncovered patios, luxury pool and spa, fire pits, additional deck down by the water, and the small enclosed beach with lounge chairs and limestone benches. A variety of lawn games, such as volley ball, badminton, croquet, and ping pong are also here for you to enjoy. And of course, an outdoor grill is available with BBQ utensils and outdoor tables and chairs for dining al fresco.
We have a two kayaks, canoe, and four SUPs (stand up paddle boards) at the property available for you and your guests to enjoy. It’s included with the property. There is also the paddles and various sizes of life vests to choose from. Enjoy access to the lake directly from the property.
COTTAGE ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES:
Our 2-story cottage can sleep as many as 7 people by using a combination of the sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room and both of the bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a double bed with a twin size bed in the form of a bunk.
The cottage has its own private fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 guests, living room with flat screen TV and Bluetooth stereo, a bathroom w/shower, its own private deck with chairs, a patio bar set for 6 people, and even a hot tub.
THE NOBLE LAKE HOUSE LOCATION:
You will find that the Noble Lake House and its charming cottage are nestled in a peaceful acreage spot on Lake Travis that truly feels far from the city in the gorgeous northwest entrance of the Texas Hill Country, yet it's just a short drive to town to Cedar Park.
Whether it's spring, summer, fall or winter, the lake is a perfect place to be! Even sitting on the main house covered terrace during a rain shower with a glass of wine is lovely. And if you find you want to explore beyond the lake, there are many amenities, activities, and entertainment in the surrounding communities.
Located in Leander off of 1431, you are 15 minutes away from retail, restaurants, movie theaters, entertainment, the HEB Center, and other venues for live concerts and major events. Therefore, you get the best of both worlds, privacy in a beautiful natural setting and the close proximity to all modern conveniences, including the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Downtown Austin that are just 40 minutes away.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
The Noble Lake House and cottage are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay with the exception of the garages. Guest amenities do include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer in the main house.
This property is perfect for weekend retreats, vacations, corporate off-sites, weddings, family reunions, wedding or baby showers, church events, graduation parties, and more. An event fee above the nightly rental rate may be charged if the use of the property is for more than 22 people for a larger event day or night (however we are waiving the event fee for bookings at this time).
Parking is available for 8 cars in the main house driveway plus 10 additional cars outside of the black iron gate to the right on the gentle sloped hill. Please coordinate any events with us prior to booking to accommodate parking and other detailed needs.
The neighbors are friendly and appropriately quiet at night. Therefore, we respectfully ask you to do the same. We are available by text or phone if you should need anything during your stay.
*We have now added in access directly to the lake from the property. We have a pathway at the property to our boat dock directly on Lake Travis.
In addition to this, the lake can also be accessed from one of the nearby public parks, such as Sandy Creek Park, Jones Brothers Park, or one of the nearby Marinas (such as the Sandy Creek Yaucht Club Marina which has a tram down to the public boat dock). There are also water sports rentals from local companies directly on Lake Travis for wave runners, various types of power boats, kayaks, and paddle boards.

This property has everything you will need for a family vacation! The property amenities were endless! The pool, hot tub, volleyball, basketball and lake dock were amazing! The heated pool was such a bonus! Beautiful home! The property owner even came over to check on the A/C unit when we contacted him on a holiday! Superb service!

Absolutely amazing property that has anything and everything you could possibly need. Lint roller? They got you covered. Forgot your nail clippers at home? Don’t worry, there is a new pair for you. The owners put a lot of work into even the smallest details. And that’s what sets this house a part from others. They have all the equipment such as paddle boards, life jackets, canoes, fishing supplies. I could go on forever. The property itself has a resort feeling. Immaculate landscaping that includes many different flowers and sculptures. Luxury chocolates waiting for you on your pillow and beautiful music playing on your arrival throughout the house. We had a great time in the pool and hot tubs. The pool is in the shade which helps to keep the water cool and refreshing. The first day we rented a boat and spent the day on the lake. Having the dock was so convenient. During a brief rain storm we were able to dock and seek shelter for a while. My kids fished off the dock too and caught a catfish. Lastly, the owners Matthew and Kimberlee were very helpful throughout the whole process. Very responsive and informative when we had questions. Thank you for your accommodations and for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful property. We can’t wait to come back.

It is a gorgeous property perfect for a relaxing getaway with plenty of space to run multiple team-building events simultaneously. The views and scenery combine nicely to create a simulated feeling of isolation, despite the relative proximity to useful establishments.
