Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Took a short (way to short) trip with some coworkers for a few nights. Home was bigger then we thought, amazing view literally right next to the water. Kitchen was amazing, crazy huge with an island to cook on. Place was clean, plenty of areas to relax, sound bar for the tv in the living room although the TVs in the rest of the house didn't have remotes that worked at all except the master bedroom. Outside of the terrible cloudy rainy weather which affected our plans the first three days, we still managed to do a few activities and enjoy time away from work for a bit. Would definitely recommend in the future, house was huge for six people, was lucky to book it on time after our first destination got booked but we were pleased. Hoping to do this every year!

Stayed at this location in June 2022. The house is very nice but did have some small issues. The second floor toilet made a screaming noise which can be heard throughout the house and will wake you up in the middle of the night. The master bedroom vertical blinds to the balcony were useless to close because many slats were missing so expect to wake up as soon as the sun comes up because it gets bright in that room. There were some dust and collection of dead bugs on some of the window sills especially by stairway which looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. But other than these few things the house was great and the deck was amazing with its spectacular view. Neighborhood was beautiful and the location to stores and main strip was within a 5 minute drive. Beach was close but expect to drive around a little to look for parking because there is no beach parking in that area. If bringing boat or jetskis be careful with tying up to dock. The water is very shallow (2’ low tide) and a lot of afternoon boat traffic in that area makes water rough and your boat or ski will bang against dock. Wish owners allowed the use of the jetski lifts for an additional charge because that could have saved me some damage that was done to my ski due to the rough afternoon water. Water is not rough all the time just in afternoon but in morning or evening the bay is like glass.

Big open space leading to a massive deck over looking the bay. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax, the bedrooms are all big and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back next year!

I didn't feel like my needs were met here with regards to service. I needed a blanket for the sofa bed and that could not be provided. Ants in the cabinets, so did not fill comfortable putting my groceries in there. Tub out of order. Just not up to par for me. Great view though. Saw fireworks on the deck.
