What make us different from the other properties you've been comparing?
Hospitality and Comfort.
When you arrive, we make sure the house is well lit, the temperature is just right, and the entire home is clean and welcoming to you and your group. We leave out extra cleaning supplies/necessities so you don't have to buy them.
We have bragging rights on how comfortable our beds are, so you can have a restful night (no bunkbeds here!) You'll have plenty of closet space if you like to unpack when you travel and a luggage rack if you prefer to keep things in your suitcase.
You can expect to have a lot of kitchen space, pots, pans, and appliances if you prefer to stay in and cook. And if you would like a cater (we can connect you with a caterer) you'll have lots of counter space.
If you are a medical professional, you'll be close to Vanderbilt and St. Thomas Hospital. If you're here for corporate travel, you can easily get to all of the office buildings downtown including the convention center. If you are here to visit your college student, you will be close to Belmont/Vanderbilt.

Our cleaners take pride in having this property sparkling clean and often times need every minute to have it ready for each guest.
We've got you covered when it comes to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, laundry detergent, and a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee & Keurig) .
Other little things include:

Our stay at this beautiful updated and clean home couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of four couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean and the showers had products in them to use. The kitchen was stacked with coffee items. The family room was very comfortable and we all enjoyed the ping-pong on the porch. So close to downtown Nashville and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would book your place again.

Our group of five adult women stayed here for a birthday weekend celebrating our family’s elder member, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The home itself was immaculate, clean, beautifully put together, and surprisingly spacious. Everyone ended up with their own bedroom, which was such a gift for a girls’ trip. The location was great as well. We loved having shops and a farmers market right across the street, which made it easy to grab food and explore without going far.There was one small communication challenge before arrival: we reached out several weeks in advance to request an early check‑in due to our early flight and the age of our oldest traveler. We didn’t receive a response until the day before the trip, after travel plans were already set and a flight change had been made. By the time early check‑in was offered (with an additional fee), it was too late for us to adjust again. That part was stressful, but once we arrived, everything inside the home was exactly as described and very comfortable. However, the communication after that initial hiccup was very detailed and expedited. The stay itself was lovely, quiet, clean, family‑friendly, and well‑equipped. While some of the nearby activities weren’t quite suited for all ages, we still enjoyed our short weekend and appreciated having such a nice home base in Nashville.
