About this house rental
Take some time to relax and watch the river and your cares roll away. Home has high speed fiber internet. The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.
This whole house rental is on stilts and has a wrap around porch so you can get 360 degree views!

Parking is in the large roped-off area in the house. Please do not take down the ropes. Damage to the septic tank could occur.
Other things to note
There is a $300 deposit and a rental agreement will need to be signed before the gate and front door code are sent to you.
The address, gate code, and front door code will be sent to you no more than 24 hrs in advance of your reservation.
The house is on stilts so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to get in/out of the house.
The Suwannee River's current is very strong. Host/Owner/Serenity on the Suwannee is not liable for any injury if guests choose to swim in the river. There are many close springs that are close and are a great place for swimming.
There are 3 external cameras on premises. One on each set of stairs, and a third on the northwest corner of the house facing the river access gate.

This is my first time using this app and it was great from start to finish. The house is beautiful and everything is there for you and so much more. I will be returning next year if available. Hands down great experience

Serenity on the Suwannee lived up to its name! We enjoyed a peaceful 4 days listening to the birds and cicadas, watching fish, deer, and fireflies, and exploring local springs. The property is beautifully kept, very family-friendly, and well stocked with every-day necessities. Our 2-year-old and 4-year old enjoyed running the lawn while my husband and I swung in the hammock with the baby, and we all enjoyed watching the thunderstorms from under the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
