Spacious and luxurious single house in a upscale community 10mins to UC Davis

Had a great weekend here with family! It was spacious, clean and welcoming with all the comforts of home. The host was quick to respond to communications. I would highly recommend booking your stay here!

House was clean but we did see two dead cockroaches on living room floor and a few in garage.

One of our family members had a newborn, so the house was ideal. There is one bedroom on the ground floor where the baby & her parents slept, and the remainder of us slept upstairs where the bulk of the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated. No one upstairs ever heard the baby!The kitchen is large and open with a good sized refrigerator and freezer. We were able to store a ton of leftovers from a banquet in the fridge. Also, the freezer held a ten lb bag of ice with ease along with large ice cream containers.The backyard was a favorite with the teenagers. They enjoyed chatting around the table outside. The dining room was the seat of choice for our elderly visitors who didn’t stay with us, because they live in Woodland, but they loved the comfortable table where they could eat and chat. There’s also a convenient bathroom downstairs for them near the dining room.The landlord was kind and communicated all the info we needed to know. The location of the Bel Aire grocery store was very close, and Costco/Walmart were also convenient to our location. We will definitely come here again if it’s available.

This is a family friendly (no matter what age) beautiful and roomy house! The house is huge and accommodating, and we had a great stay.We would definitely recommend this house for a family gathering.
