Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

We traveled to Dallas for a huge family vacation from out of state. We had to find this house quickly since our 1st house cancelled the night before our check in. We were scrambling around to find a place that could fit all 15 of us. We found this house and were able to get into contact with the management company before we booked to ensure they could accommodate us. The management company was super easy to get into contact with and made booking this rental so easy.The house had everything we needed. We had an issue with the dryer, at which was addressed and fixed within almost an hour. The location is great. So many shopping areas withing a 20 mile radius.We used the pool everyday. We did bring our own pool toys and towels. The kids and adults loved having the pool in the backyard. It 100% was my families favorite part of the trip. The pool was serviced twice during our stay. Plenty of room for all 15 of our guest. Everyone had somewhere to sleep comfortably. The game area was a fantastic area for the younger kids to unwind after a day in the pool. We utilized the outdoor sitting area everymorning. Definitely highly recommended this vacation rental.

We have stayed at many VRBO rentals. This is the best one we have ever stayed at. They had many touches that made our stay even better. They were available for any questions and were extremely accommodating. I can't say enough to describe how awesome this place was. Many happy family memories were made. Thank you so very much.

Location, setup and checking in were great. Had many issues with house. Hot Tub did not heat up past 95 degrees. There was ants in multiple places in the house. No trash bags and we were not told to provide our own. Multiple damaged pieces of furniture other things. All easy fixes I think should be fixed. Not the worst place to stay but just needs some TLC
