The house is located in Old Town La Quinta with great shops and restaurants, just minutes from Empire Polo Grounds and Indian Wells Tennis Center.
Enjoy a large living room, dining room and fully loaded kitchen, along with comfortable sleeping for 12 guests. The house also has a great backyard with a large pool and jacuzzi.
Master bedroom boasts a California King bed with direct access to the backyard as well as a dedicated workspace. The master suite includes a grand, en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and a private toilet room. The bathroom also connects to a walk in closet.
The Casita offers a private entrance for guests who would like a little extra private space. The room holds a King Size bed, studio kitchen with refrigerator, sink and microwave. The room also connects to an en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedroom #1 holds two double beds and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 is equipped with a bunk bed offering double mattresses on both the top and bottom bunk. The room also has a couch that converts to a comfortable sleeping futon.
All of the bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and brand new TCL Roku 4K Smart TVs. Pool is $800 per month to heat.
