This location was OUTSTANDING for our large group. Scenic view of Rye Neck and Long Island Sound. The house was terriffically appointed; the bedrooms were spacious and had all needed amenities needed. We were able to easily accommodate multiple large gatherings of family and friends there for a Celebration of Life weekend for a dear departed family member. The main floor and outdoor patio areas are terrific. Great restaurants. stores and serviced nearby. Quiet, scenic neighborhood for walks and bike rides. Architecturally this is a really cool house (no other way to say it). Tibo and Alex were AWESOME - the communication before and during our stay was immediate, responsive and they are clearly service oriented toward their clients.

Simply made our sons wedding weekend amazing. We loved having a comfortable space to all be together. I will send pictures the photographer took as we all got ready to go to church and wedding. The house was the perfect backdrop for an amazing start to our day.

Phenomenal is every aspect. Beautiful house, beautiful property. Host was one of the most helpful, accommodating hosts we’ve ever worked with. Got the house in connection with a family wedding and hosted a small family reunion in which everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. Thanks for everything!

The property was incredible and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It would be beneficial to have more information about the use of appliances included in the manual as the house is very modern and some of the operation of some of the kitchen appliances (sink, microwave and dishwasher) were not particularly intuitive. The house was spacious, comfortable, unassuming and absolutely lovely!
