About this apartment rental
Condominium 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living & dining room, with stunning Ocean views balcony at the living area; and the bedrooms with gorgeous mountain views. Located in a luxury resort on the Playa de Oro, in the Hotel and Business Zone, it has beach palapas, pool, spa, gym, children's area, snacks-bar, concierge, tennis court. among others amenities. Next to La Isla shopping village and a few steps from the best restaurants. Only 15 minutes from the airport; 10 from the center.
The space
We have special rates for weekly or monthly stays.
In monthly stays we provide the weekly cleaning service of the condominium.
The place has air conditioning in rooms and living-dining area and kitchen; interphone; in the living room there is a 60" Samsung smart tv and high-speed Wi-Fi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed, for example Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc ...
Guest access
This apartment is shared with you in its entirety, we wish you to enjoy how comfortable it is and how close it is to/from anywhere due to its central location and fantastic facilities. Regarding on the availability to use the common areas in the complex, you can access any of them and enjoy the sun loungers; the pool; Jacuzzis, spa as well as gym facilities and any other amenity as long as each of them is available; however, keep in mind that these areas are not under our administration and control, therefore, we do not include their use in the rate; anyway, you can use them at no additional charge. I let you know that these areas have specific hours for use, and most of the time you need to wear the distinctive guest bracelet in Grand Venetian and the gym access card included in your rental. We have parking space for a car, let me know in case you need it. The use of common areas is regulated by the rules of the condominium, so you must take into account that access is not allowed to people who are not registered and in general terms, maintain good order.

If you have any questions or concerns about these rules, please do not hesitate to tell us, we will clarify any point.
No guests/visitors/parties/events or meetings are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that the presence of smoke odor inside the apartment will entail you an extra charge of $ 250 USD.
Pets are not allowed
Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.
The price of this apartment includes 60 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico the electric power has a very high price so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population can not afford, following these indications you will almost certainly have no extra charge.
In the condominium you have a safe deposit box, it will be provided to you in open mode and that way you will have to leave it when you check out, in case of leaving it blocked there would be a charge on your account of $ 100 USD.
The loss of the bracelets and/or gym access card, have a cost of $2,000 pesos
The return of the bracelets and gym card should be done regardless are broken or damaged. (they do not generate cost in this situation)
Internet service we hire is from the one of the largest Mexican companies ¨Cosmored¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but no admitting any kind of claim for fails in the service.
Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

Lovely condo rental in Puerto Vallarta. Great help from the property manager and the staff at the condo. The pools are great and we had terrific weather during our entire stay.

The grounds, location and views are fantastic. The pools are very nice and offer great views of the beach and water. The on-site restaurant is great with the service is very good. Security is good too.
The Condo is spacious; however, it is dated. The air conditioning in the main living area did not work. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was good. The refrigerator leaked water through the door onto the floor. Guessing this was a defrost cycle. The main living area is sparsely furnished. One large dining table and 2 small couches. The TV requires a connection to the internet and only offers streaming access. When turning on the light in the laundry room, the vent fan was very loud (sounded like it was loose and vibrating). The toilet in the master bathroom did not always reset after flushing. The only way it would stop running the water was to open the top of the tank and manually stop it.
Not expected but would be helpful to have a list of restaurants, cab information, shopping information, closest coffee shops and grocery stores.
All in all a good experience but would not return to this condo but the Grand Venetion is very nice.
