The Space:

Salt air drifts through the open lanai doors as Honolulu stretches out below - the ocean shimmering in the distance, the neighborhood alive with the easy rhythm of island life. From the 28th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, the horizon feels close and the pace feels slower, even as the beach, restaurants, and shops wait just steps away.



Living space

The open living area is built for relaxed days and easy evenings. Sliding glass doors connect the interior directly to the private lanai, where outdoor furniture invites you to settle in with a coffee or catch the last light of the day over the water. A 50-inch TV with standard cable, a ceiling fan, and a window AC unit keep the space comfortable, while a pull-out sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space - best suited for children or lighter use.



Sleeping arrangements

A sliding door separates the bedroom from the living area, creating a quiet, private retreat. The king-size bed is dressed in cotton linens and paired with room-darkening shades, extra pillows, blankets, and a 33-inch flat-screen TV. A dresser, nightstands, and a closet provide comfortable storage throughout your stay.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner in. You'll find a Whirlpool refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, single oven, microwave, blender, rice maker, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table seats four, making it easy to gather before a day out or wind down together after it.



Bathroom and laundry

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hot water, hair dryer, shower gel, and Essentiel Elements bathe shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided. Paid washer and dryer access is available in the building for longer visits, and a laundromat is also nearby. An iron and hangers are on hand as well.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the private lanai to take in the ocean and city skyline views with outdoor furniture and a dining area to enjoy al fresco meals. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - make spontaneous days by the water easy to pull together. Sun loungers and a shared electric BBQ grill are also available on site, and the building offers shared beach access to a nearby beach.



Building features and access

The Waikiki Banyan offers a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub (available all year, open 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM), and shared sauna. An outdoor playground is also on site. Free parking is available in an on-premises garage with one designated space, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on site. The building has elevator access, and self check-in via smart lock makes for a smooth, flexible arrival. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
