Great location! Lots to do with Baytowne wharf and lots of walking trails.

We enjoyed our stay during spring break. The condo was clean and spacious for the size. The close proximity to the pool was great. We did have a few negatives: the mattress for the pullout couch needs to be replaced desperately. The hot water ran out in 5 mins when both showers were in use. The coffee maker left grounds in our coffee, so it probably needs to be replaced, and neither of the bathroom doors had locks, which is necessary for people with children. Other than those few things, our stay was good.

Property was good, as described on the VRBO web site. Plenty of activities to keep us busy. Pool was good & located close to our apartment. Easy drive too shopping both for groceries & Outlet shops. Lots of restaurants to pick from within walking distance or a short drive. Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sandestin.
