The space
Set on 3+ acres as the last house on a private road, this 4,000+ sq. ft lodge features a dramatic wall of glass showcasing stunning ski slope views. Featured in the Times Union as a "celebration-worthy Airbnb", Sienna Lodge is the ideal retreat for your family, friends and loved ones to enjoy all that the Catskills has to offer.
This gorgeous chalet sleeps up to 12 and is packed with amenities for your quintessential Catskills getaway.
** LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT **
• Main living room with vaulted ceilings and stacked stone gas fireplace, complete with direct slope views of Windham Mountain and overlooking our very own pond
• Main living room features chess table, Marshall Bluetooth speaker and large wall-mounted TV (Roku enabled).
• Walk-out basement with a wall-mounted TV, full size pool table, ping pong table (via conversion topper), foosball table, full size arcade with over 3,000 (!) games, (including Street Fighter, Marvel v Capcom, Pacman, Mortal Kombat and more), board games, a brand new karaoke machine, X-Box (games not provided), wine fridge, and bar.
** KITCHEN & DINING **
• Large, well-equipped kitchen with Samsung stainless steel appliances (fridge, gas range and dishwasher) and bar seating (with two bar chairs)
• Jaw-dropping variety of appliances including but not limited to Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee pods), KitchenAid mixer (cookies, anyone?), a rice cooker, food processor and more (feel free to inquire about what we have!)
• Extendable dining table that can seat up to 10
• High chair and children’s dinnerware to make things as easy as possible for families!

• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): Queen Bedroom
• Bedroom 4 (Second Floor): 2 Full Sized Beds (perfect for siblings, cousins, friends, you name it)
• Bedroom 5 (Basement): 2 Bunk Beds (4 single beds total - perfect for children and right next to all the entertainment!)

** EXTRAS FOR YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME **
• Washer/dryer in basement (complimentary detergent provided)
• Child friendly amenities such as a high chair, pack and play (in master closet), bouncer, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, and children’s games and books. Please be sure to supervise your children as there is a pond on the property.
• High speed mesh network Internet for you and your party to easily stream on multiple devices, game, work, and more!
• Outdoor outlet that can be used for EV charging - please bring your own charging cables!
• We provide both ice (via an ice maker in the kitchen) and firewood (located outside near the garbage bins) –please use the firewood reasonably or a fee for excess use could apply.
• Complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, cleaning supplies, detergent and more – if you’re not sure if something is available, please ask!
We strive to provide most, if not everything, you could need to make your stay as smooth and inclusive as possible.
** Winter Guests - Four Wheel Drive! **
As the main road leading to our house is gravel surfaced, we advise all our guests coming between December and March to drive a four wheel drive car!

We held our annual family retreat at this amazing home. Every detail was artfully and thoughtfully arranged. Very spacious property with plenty of recreation options. If you appreciate beautiful spaces, you will absolutely love this property.

We rented with friends and had a wonderful time! Stephanie at Adore Away was always quick to respond and made our stay most enjoyable.
Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out. All beds were super comfortable. The basement was stocked with games and electronics.
Was only a 7 minute ride to the mountain and less into town which was great. Quiet, private street with nice neighbors. The home has a beautiful property with plenty of room for kids to play during the warmer months, with an awesome fire pit and seating area. We really enjoyed our time and would absolutely recommend this location and Adore Away to those looking for a terrific ski house in Windham.

My family and I stayed at this charming property at the end of October. We have rented vacation homes in Windham for the last few years. This property was perfect! The view of the mountain was spectacular and the house itself met above and beyond our needs. The beds and other furniture were comfortable which is very important to us when we travel. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be returning to this location!
