About this house rental
This home is a recently remodeled older home with 2 fireplaces (non-operational). One in LR and one in family room in basement. One of the bedrooms is utilized as an office (with printer). The eat-in kitchen is modern with a coffee station.
There is a large FR (with a game table & coffee station), plus LR which provides separate spaces for your 'down time'.
There are sectionals in both the LR and the Family Room with smart televisions in both also.
There is a ring doorbell at the front door.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Brand new inside, very clean, inviting colors and decor, and the owner is generous with the amenities provided. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Springfield!

This was a gem and we are so glad we found it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and a great yoga studio! The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture. We really enjoyed our week-long stay!
